No Refunds

Due to the complex logistics involved in our ash scattering services, no refunds can be issued once services are booked. Each scattering requires careful planning and coordination to ensure that everything proceeds seamlessly, including:

  • Permit applications and processing

  • Travel arrangements and seasonal planning

  • Professional preparation and documentation

  • Site-specific scheduling and coordination

Your understanding of this intricate process is greatly appreciated.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your service, please contact us immediately at contact@destinationspreading.com or (515) 206-4845.

While we cannot offer refunds, we may be able to reschedule your service under certain circumstances. Each situation will be reviewed individually based on:

  • How far in advance you notify us

  • Current booking commitments

  • Seasonal and permit constraints

  • Specific location requirements

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:

  1. Service Cannot Be Fulfilled: If Bonaventure Memorials is unable to complete the service due to our error or inability to obtain necessary permits

  2. Force Majeure: Events beyond our control that permanently prevent service completion (natural disasters, permanent park closures, government restrictions)
